Question / Help What CPU to purchase

Hey everyone,

I'm now looking at a new build and I am a bit divided in my choice of CPU.

Options:
Ryzen 7 2700X
Intel i7 8700K

I'll use it for streaming games, playing games and using Adobe software.

Anyone wanna share their experience and/or tips?
 
The only thing I would suggest is to just look at some high end gaming machines and see what they are using and if it will suit your needs..
 
Either option is fine and has its pros and cons. I valued the higher core count of the Ryzen chip but had to deal with a mess of problems that were solved with bios updates and now it's smooth sailing on all workloads.
