Hi there, I have been streaming on twitch for a while, I've had to reinstall OBS a year or so ago for some reason, I forget why but ever since then my stream quality has gone downhill, and I have no idea why I am using the same settings as I was before and ! I have a pretty decent PC;

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super
32 GB RAM
Windows 11 Pro
My upload and download speends are 1gig up and 1 gig down, so speed is not an issue, I am also a twitch partner so I can use 8k in settings.
Mostlly it happens during high intensity scenes but it is so bad and so pixelated you can barely make things out, like I am a blob and I have played and streamed intense games before it has never been THIS bad!
PS: I use my cam as a scene because I have a green screen and its easier to just embed the scene and I've been doing it for years and it has worked fine before until now!
