Hi everyone and thanks so much for taking the time. I am new to this so apologies in advance if I'm missing something obvious but I have been through a ton of youtube etc and I can't see to figure out why this is happening. I have tried the following things.. hardwire etthernet, adjusting fps, adjusting bitrate, adjust display, adding obs to graphics in laptop settings. I have a rybozen capture card that runs through my laptop and I game on xbox with a lg monitor. The laptop is a few years old with 8gb of ram with an internal 620 card

Also I have a desktop pc that is sitting right next to this on wifi that will run the stream just fine

This is going to sound ridiculous because I just made this post but I used the adapter from usb a down to c and used it on my laptop and it hasn't crashed.. any guesses why?

I'm reporting the same problem here on my Core 9 Ultra 185H RTX 4050 laptop with OBS 32.1.1. It started yesterday. There are no errors in my scene set, it just freezes the entire computer. I've ran all the usual suspects like `DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth` and `sfc /scannow`, but no errors found. It's a new laptop and the install is minimal. What steps should I take to isolate the problem?
