OBS Crash on Start up

Hello, im having issues with OBS, everytime it opens up, it keeps crashing

i've updated all my drivers
uninstalled an reinstall the app
deleted all my plugins

and it still doesn't work
here is the Crash Report

It's there. That's why it crash. You may found more help on this asking on the plugin page (it has a subforumpage) or reading the more than 200 posts bout it.
