How to mute a clip before transition?

Hi All,
I have a replay Scene I drop replay clips into the Sources. I have a constant audio source (commentary) and when I trans across I have to hit mute in that clip. Its a split second of double noise but would like to lose it.
I'd love to be able to mute in advance for a smoother playback.

Is this possible?

Check out my LUA script "Audio Transition". It creates a source type that, when added to a scene, can mute/unmute/fade/ramp an audio source. The ramp option may work for you. Otherwise, you could mute when leaving a scene and unmute when entering the new one. Not sure about the timing you need, but worth a try.
