Added configurable output settings

The audio export pipeline was refactored to introduce a centralized stems::export_audio(...) function, enabling a unified post-processing stage for all recorded stems. Recording now captures raw PCM data while final output generation is handled separately through a format-aware transcode layer. Support was added for selectable output formats (WAV and MP3), with WAV using PCM encoding and MP3 using bitrate-based compression.
